1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Standard Shipping: Once your order is processed, it will ship via our standard delivery service. Please allow an additional 4–7 business days for delivery.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Eligibility

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are currently a standard $9.99 per order.

1.3 Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you do not receive a tracking number or have any issues with tracking, please contact us at info@dateandtimema.com.

1.4 International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States. 


2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 General Returns

All Rolex and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned (RCPO) purchases, whether made in-store at Date & Time or online through www.dateandtimema.com, are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Tudor watches can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain unused with all original stickers, tags, and packaging intact and are in brand-new condition.

Breitling watches can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they remain unused with all original stickers, tags, and packaging intact and are in brand-new condition.

On all jewelry (non-timepiece) items, we have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  2. It must be in its original packaging with all protective stickers and accessories (if applicable).

  3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

Please note: Worn, adjusted, or damaged products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Timepieces must have all protective stickers in place.

2.2 Restrictions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Special Orders & Personalized Items: No refunds or exchanges will be issued on special orders, or merchandise that has been engraved, sized, or otherwise altered (including the sizing of any timepieces).

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned for a refund.

2.3 Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts) for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

2.4 Returning Online Orders

To initiate a return for an online order:

  1. Contact us at info@dateandtimema.com and provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return shipping label if your order qualifies.

  3. You may also drop off the item at our store location if you prefer.

If your return is accepted, you will be credited for the full amount of the items purchased, provided they meet the criteria in Section 2.1.

 

3. Sale Items

All sale items are non-refundable. 

 

4. Credits, Refunds & Exchanges

4.1 Merchandise Credits

All merchandise credits will be issued as either an in-store or online gift card. 

Note: Rolex and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned purchases are excluded from all return, refund, and exchange considerations.

4.2 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@dateandtimema.com.

4.4 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product under these circumstances:

  1. Email us at info@dateandtimema.com with your order details and photos of the damaged product and/or packaging.

  2. Upon approval, ship your item back to us.

We will evaluate the condition of the returned item and ship a replacement if your exchange request is approved.
